1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website seatoria.com ("the Platform"), operated by Seatoria, registered at Rue de la Loi 42, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
Seatoria operates as an online marketplace for the resale of event tickets. We act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. All tickets listed on the Platform are offered by third-party sellers.
Ticket prices are set by sellers and may be above or below the original face value. The price displayed includes all applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the ticket(s) at the listed price. Payment is processed securely through our payment partner. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Electronic tickets (e-tickets) will be delivered to the email address provided, typically 5 to 7 days before the event.
4. FanProtect Guarantee
Every order is covered by our FanProtect Guarantee:
- Your tickets will be valid for entry to the event.
- Your tickets will be delivered in time for the event.
- In the unlikely event of a problem, you will receive a full refund or comparable replacement tickets.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the buyer. This is in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations regarding time-sensitive services (events with a fixed date).
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund. If an event is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, please contact our support team.
6. Cancellation Insurance
We offer optional cancellation insurance provided by Allianz. If purchased, this insurance covers reimbursement of up to 100% of the ticket price (max. EUR 1,000 per order) in case you cannot attend the event due to a covered reason. Terms and conditions of the insurance policy apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
Seatoria acts solely as an intermediary. We are not responsible for the content, quality, or execution of the event itself. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the tickets.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Seatoria or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
