San Antonio Spurs at New York Knicks - NBA Christmas Day 2026

San Antonio Spurs at New York Knicks
The NBA opens Christmas Day 2026 at Madison Square Garden: the New York Knicks, reigning NBA champions, host the San Antonio Spurs at 12:00 PM ET on ABC and ESPN. It is a straight rematch of the 2026 NBA Finals, which New York won in five games to lift its first championship since 1973 - and the two teams had already met in the 2025 NBA Cup final in Las Vegas, again won by the Knicks.
This is the 59th Christmas game in Knicks history and the 51st played at home on December 25. The Garden, The World's Most Famous Arena, opened on Pennsylvania Plaza in 1968 and seats 19,812 for basketball: the 100 Level hugs the court, the 200 Level rises above the suites, and the Chase Bridges - seating suspended over the bowl - are unique to this building.
With the banner-raising season, the Finals storyline and a national noon broadcast, the primary sale is long gone. On the secondary market the cheapest seats are trading around $880, with the 100 Level well above $1,200. Seatoria lists resale tickets by level at fixed prices: pick your section on the seating chart, choose your quantity, and your e-tickets are delivered by email.

Your tickets on your phone in minutes

Once your order is confirmed, your e-tickets arrive by email - no shipping, no will-call line on game day.
The QR code is scanned at the Garden entrance. Nothing to print, your phone is enough.

Add your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with one tap and it stays available even without signal.
Useful on Christmas Day: with a sold-out Garden and Penn Station below it, the cell network around the arena is often saturated at tip-off.

Your order, your game, your level, your section and your tickets are always available in your Seatoria account.
Date, tip-off time, arena and section are printed on every ticket - check them before you head to Midtown.
Frequently asked questions
The game is on Friday, December 25, 2026 at Madison Square Garden, New York. It is the first of the NBA's five Christmas Day games.
Tip-off is at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (noon), broadcast nationally on ABC and ESPN.
Doors typically open about 90 minutes before tip-off - the exact time is printed on your ticket. On a sold-out holiday game, lines at the security check build up early, so plan to be at the entrance at least 45 to 60 minutes before noon.
Your tickets are delivered as e-tickets by email once your order is confirmed. You can download them right away or save them to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
If an order is exceptionally released later, we let you know by email - in every case well before game day.
Yes. All tickets in one order come from the same level and the same section, in adjacent seats.
For a group, put all tickets in a single order: separate orders can end up in different sections. Orders are limited to 6 tickets.
Madison Square Garden uses mobile entry: the QR code on your e-ticket is scanned at the gate. Download your tickets or add them to your Wallet before you arrive - the cell network around the arena is often congested at tip-off.
Bags must fit comfortably under your seat and be no larger than 22" x 14" x 9". There is no clear-bag rule, but every bag is searched at the entrance. Outside food and drinks, professional cameras and large backpacks are not allowed.
Ticket sales are final, but you can resell your tickets at any time if you can no longer attend. If the game is cancelled and not rescheduled, you are refunded in full.
Optional Allianz cancellation insurance can be added at checkout.
The name on the ticket does not have to match the person entering: your e-ticket is valid for whoever presents it. Security may still ask for a photo ID at the entrance, so bring one along with your ticket on your phone.
